How long will it take to paint our commercial premises?
This depends on the scale of the project and the amount of rooms you need us to paint. Once we have conducted a free site survey, and if you agree to our quote, we will provide you with a start and finish time for you to plan around.
Are you able to spray paint our premises?
Prima Décor also offer commercial spray painting services for business premises. This may not be suitable for all situations, but where appropriate we can advise on its use to ensure a better finish.
Do you have public liability insurance?
We have public liability insurance up to the value of £2 million. This means you have greater protection in the unlikely event of anything going wrong on site.
How much will it cost to wallpaper my business?
This depends on the size of the job and the specifics of the project. It is something we can discuss from an early stage and we will also provide a comprehensive free quote that will itemise every cost so you can manage your budgets.
Are you able to work outside of normal business hours?
We can work to any time that suits your business, which includes out of hours/weekends. If our service will cause too much disruption during opening hours, let us know and we’ll organise a schedule that works best for you.
What types of wallpaper can you work with?
Our team are experienced at hanging a wide range of premium wallpaper types in domestic (*link) and commercial spaces, including wallpaper hand prints, wall coverings, fabrics, metallic wallpapers, silks, flocks and foils and more.
How much does it cost to spray paint?
We will base our quote on the individual requirements of the job, which will be assessed during our free site survey. Once we provide a fixed quote itemising all of the associated costs this will not be altered with any add-on charges or fees.
How quickly can you finish the job?
If you are working to a specific deadline you should let us know as soon as possible so we factor this into our initial assessment. In most cases we will be able to meet your deadline, but this does depend on the scale of the project and other factors. Once we agree an end date we never miss it.
Do you have colour samples available?
As standard we offer colour samples to all our clients, whether working on a domestic (*link) or commercial project. This will give you a representative idea of how the finished surface will look once sprayed so you can ensure it matches your expectations.
How much will it cost to paint the building exterior?
We will provide a detailed free quote based on the scale of the job needed for the building. This will depend on the size of the property and any special requirements that may have to be accounted for. We can discuss your budget and answer any questions related to the quote at any time.
Will you spray or manually paint the exterior?
Depending on the location of the building and health and safety considerations we can assess whether spray painting or traditional methods are more suitable. Time constraints and cost will also influence which one is best for the job.
Is there a warranty available with your services?
We offer a 12-month defect warranty with our exterior painting service. This applies to workmanship only, and does not over colour fading, weather damage, accidental damage, or wear and tear.
